• ISO Partner Information: Company name, EIN, business structure, years in business, monthly volume, and other information submitted through our ISO partner application.

4. Bank Account Verification — Plaid

We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to verify your bank account and retrieve bank statement data for underwriting purposes. When you connect your bank account through our application, your bank credentials are submitted directly to Plaid and are never shared with or stored by Olam Funding. Plaid's use of your information is governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy, available at plaid.com/legal.

5. Credit Inquiries

When you submit a funding application, we perform a soft credit pull only. A soft inquiry does not affect your personal credit score and will not appear as a hard inquiry on your credit report. By submitting an application, you authorize Olam Funding LLC to obtain your consumer credit report for the purpose of evaluating your application.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmitted to and from our Site is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
