Information you provide directly includes: your full legal name, business legal name and DBA, business address, phone numbers, email addresses, business federal tax identification number (EIN), business start date, time in business, industry, monthly revenue, requested funding amount, ownership information (including names, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, home addresses, and percentage of ownership for individuals with 20% or more equity), photos or scans of identification documents, voided checks, and business bank statements.
Information collected automatically includes: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited and time spent, clickstream data, device identifiers, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Information from third parties includes: business credit reports, consumer credit reports, public records, court records, UCC filings, bankruptcy filings, business verification data, fraud-prevention data, bank-account verification data, and information from previous funders, ISO partners, brokers, or processors involved in your application.
We use the information we collect to: (a) evaluate, underwrite, and process funding applications; (b) verify identity and detect or prevent fraud; (c) communicate with applicants, merchants, ISOs, and other counterparties about applications, accounts, and customer-care matters; (d) deliver, service, and collect on funded merchant cash advances and related agreements; (e) comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and reporting obligations; (f) enforce our agreements and protect our legal rights; (g) operate, secure, and improve our website and services; and (h) for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise permitted by law.
How you opt in.
